Our Mission has always been and continues to be, “Turning lost people into reproducing followers of Jesus.” As God has continued to grow the ministry at Moss Brook, we have met the challenges with interim solutions. We have now reached a point where executing the work of the ministry is cumbersome, restrictive, and complicated. The following will give you a little glimpse into what our various ministries face.

  • Lack of space prohibits the expansion of new and existing ministries.
  • Sunday morning creativity is restricted by the use of a rented space.
  • Volunteer resources are consumed by set up and tear down.

We believe strongly that God has tasked us with caring for and reaching this community with the love of Jesus.

Therefore, we are always seeking God’s guidance for wisdom in what steps to take in achieving His mission. He has led us to the realization that a permanent building is the next step.

It gives the community access to interact with us seven days a week, and provides increased ability to facilitate events for the community. Moss Brook will be more visible and our community will see that we are permanent and stable.

God has called us to be good stewards of what He has provided. That not only means material things, but also people who have been called to serve. A building will mean that managing God’s resources will be more sustainable and will lighten the workload. It will also unleash the creativity and productivity of His people.

More than just a building, a church home is designed to connect families, friends and neighbors to each other and God. Most people have three places they spend the majority of their time – home, work, and community. We want Moss Brook to be that third place. We want our building to be a bridge between the church and the surrounding community.

Our history is evidence of God’s faithfulness and His work being done through Moss Brook. A permanent space will allow God’s ministries to continue their expansion as He leads.
