Challenge Week
I know this is a blog, and I am supposed to write something you read and then you move on with your day and week. But, I am not really good at sticking to the program.
So I have a challenge for you this week. Let me take a minute to explain the background to my thought.
We are creatures of habits. Right? We get up in the morning and we do the same thing we did yesterday; we will do those things day in and day out with little to no variation and then wonder why nothing ever changes. Well, you get what you do. So knowing this about ourselves, why not make a few changes and see what happens?
Here are a few to try :
1. 1 hour of complete silence each day
2. Choose to skip one meal each day, and focus on God
3. Choose a day or two to go technology free
4. Go to bed early all week
Note the changes you experienced.
