Strength and Stretch
This class will use Biblical meditation, yoga postures, and breath work to stretch and strengthen muscles while calming the endless chatter in your mind. Open to all levels and abilities. Bring a yoga mat and block. A limited number of mats and blocks are available to borrow. Contact Michele Yates (207-890-1007) to reserve one for your first class!
Please come 15 minutes early if it is your first class.
